Hasmik Sarkisyan was born on January 6, 1977, in Gyumri.

1995-2000 – studied biochemistry at the Crimean State University after H. Abovyan. 1995-2000 She studied at the Faculty of Biochemistry of the Armenian State Pedagogical University after K. Abovyan with high distinction.
1994 – Graduated from Gyumri School # 13 (with gold medal).

She has been a member of the PA Gender Committee since 2008.
