1. The Armenian Identity Card (HyeID) non-profit organization unites the collective potential of Armenians around the world through Armenian Identity Cards (HyeID).
2. All Armenians living in different countries of the world, including Armenia and Artsakh, as well as all those who feel part of Armenian identity and culture can be the holders of Armenian Identity Cards.
3. The Armenian Identity Card gives cardholders new opportunities and benefits around the world։
- All Armenian Identity Card holders can elect and be elected to the Executive Board (EB) of the non-profit organization Armenian Identity Card (HyeID).
- All Armenian Identity Card holders can participate in polls, referendums and elections conducted by the organization.
- All Armenian Identity Card holders enjoy the benefits provided to cardholders around the world, particularly the discounts that the organization has negotiated with Armenian and non-Armenian businesses, while accumulating funds for both the Armenian Identity Card (HyeID) organization as well as any other Armenian non-profit organization of which cardholders are members or supporters of.
- All Cardholders of Armenian Identity Cards can participate in Armenian Identity Card Organization (HyeID) Chapters around the world, create new Chapters in their place of residence.
- The funds gained within the framework of the Armenian Identity Card Organization (HyeID) will be used exclusively for the implementation of various Armenian programs and charity in Armenia and Artsakh according to the choice of the Cardholders.
4. The Armenian Identity Card Organization (HyeID) is governed by an Executive Board, elected every four years by Cardholders around the world – through transparent and secured electronic elections. This provision comes into force when the number of Armenian Identity Cardholders reaches 150,000. Until then, the organization is governed by an Executive Board elected by the Board of Trustees.
5. All personal information belonging to Armenian Identity Cardholders is confidential. No personal information may be distributed, sold, or used in any way other than to distribute surveys, elections, and announcements made by the organization.No advertising or any other announcements are sent to Armenian Identity Card holders.
6. The Armenian Identity Card (HyeID) organization is an independent organization and takes all necessary measures to avoid influences from external forces.
